Subject: [Leica] Carl's PAW (12/30, 1/6), what do you shoot in the wintertime?

Friends,

Finally have some pictures to post after the C41 lab reopened Monday. Was
hoping to end the year with a bang, or start the new one auspiciously, but
these photos don't really fill the bill.

First is a couple scenes from the local shopping mall a few days before
Christmas. (Rochester, NY, but could be almost anywhere this "culture" has
invaded.) A humble rip off of a real photographer's idea.

To begin '03, a few quiet shots of neighborhood houses.

Don't know what to do for the next few months. I'm not into winter much for
sports or travel. You have to really dig for pictures in the summer around
here. Winter is mostly quite bleak, and bleak gets boring.

I donno. Indoor still lifes? Maybe. With a Leica? Hmmm.

So, a question to you all: what do YOU shoot in the wintertime?

Best -

Carl
