But! ;-) The bear is just fine, because the light is enough to slightly highlight it without taking away from the child. It's there like a whispered kind of quiet statement, "Jeeesh look at that with the bear!" The picture doesn't need to be altered in anyway or it begins to look set up and the ability of the photographer to....See it.... ! In it's original state. Now this isn't saying one shouldn't look for a better angle, but this is one of those situations where the bear acts as a quiet item in the frame and not an obvious thing. It's the subtle way he kind of is there, but not there in a big way. I suspect if we were to see this as a full frame top to bottom without scrolling down it would have a greater effect and you might not see it requiring a higher angle to close the gap between bear and child. As far as getting a chair and messing around doing things like that in the ICU could get yer ass kicked from the Chief Nurse of ICU !
