You want a Metz flash? Congratulations, you have one as the SF-20 is
made by Metz for Leica. You want to bounce the SF-20? No problem, just
get a TTL cord from either Nikon (SC17) or Contax (100TLA) and you will
be in business. I just hold the flash in my hand but a wide range of
brackets are available to put the flash where ever you would like it.

As to the questions below Metz makes adapters to mount their flashes on
many different cameras. These include Leica but which adapter you need
depends on the model of the camera and the flash you want to use. Go to:

http://www.metz.de/1_metz_2000/index.html

  for more information.

Quantum also makes adapters that allows their flashes to work on Leica
cameras. Go to:

http://www.qtm.com/

  for more info on them.

The cheapest and lightest solution is just to buy the above TTL cables.
