My 7 year old delights in using a Nikonos on the beach and watching with glee as he tosses it in a bcket of sand or behind a dam he built while adults recoil in horror... > Many thanks for the info. I think it will be great for sea kayaking, skiing, and for taking photos on the beach. I don't dive but I am no stranger to capsizing in a kayak in salt water. I love my M6 but the idea of getting salt water on/in it scares me.
