If B&H doesn't list 8X10 Astia then it probably isn't in the US. You will do yourself a favor by ordering from companies that have good reputations. Check with Freestyle, Samy's, Adorama. If none of these companies have the film then Focus does not as well. Why don't you e-mail Posner at B&H and see if they will special order it for you?
