But It goes best with Hot French Bread. (It is a Texas recipe.) And Jim is quite right, I never saw any armadillos in Louisiana until I was a teenager. I guess they were running for their lives from Texas. Which of course brings up the old question, why did the chicken cross the road? To prove to the armadillo it could be done.
