Steve - I was beginning to feel sorry for the Mid-Atantic states until the 
5" we're supposed to get has changed to 18'".  I'm now starting to be sorry 
for myself.  To be sure Syracuse is better prepared but still a drag.  I've 
already pre-canceled some patients for the office tomorrow.
