That tells me that many are sized wrong. A picture that is 370 pixels by 262 should not be 290kb for web. It makes for really slow loading. I'd like to see the pix at least 500 pixels on the large side, and about 100kb. I learned this lesson early from a guy by the name of Nemeth.
