Yes, isn't Lutefisk a type of cod dried in lye? My biz partner is a Swede,
and she's had it, but I've never seen it ... Yikes!

And what is Luddefisk?
If it is what i think Lutefisk a Norwegian or Swedish dried fish you sure
need a lot of some strong fluid!
