No, I can't see Julian.  The mountains are the Lagunas.  I have
a very good view, as I live near the top of Mt Soledad, with views
to the East and South.

Of course I know of Mt Helix, but I wouldn't want to live there.
Much too hot.

As any Southern Californian knows, "There Is No Life East of I-5"
