I'm still working on the perfect Vodka/Herring/Tyrkisk Peber Aperitif. When that monumental task is done (and I'm pretty close; a lot of trials involved!), I will go down to the market, get a dozen super-sized beach oysters, shuck them, anoint them in a little bit of lemon, and eat them with the perfect aperitif. Heaven will be mine. Maybe some dulse on the side, just for the vegetable content. - -- * Henning J.
