Bessa T with a turret finder? Isn't Rich selling the T for 200 dollars?
Maybe he's sold them all.

Subject: [Leica] Entry-level rangefinder for a newbie?

Dear LUG-ers--

I have a young friend, a student, who would like to ease into
Rangefinder-Land a little more comfortably pocket-book wise than a Leica, or
even a used Leica. He'd like some advice on an entry-level rangefinder
camera, preferably new (I advised him to look at used, but he seems to want
new) that would allow him to use Leica lenses if he were to happen upon one,
or better, if his dad, who is a Leica user, would pass one on to him.

Any suggestions for a solid camera that would allow him to learn without
forcing him to give up meals for the next ten years?

Thanks for any and all suggestions!

Crankily yours, ;-)

Kit
