I don't know for sure. I haven't done extensive tests. I have two flashes for the OM, the smaller/weaker F280 and the Metz 54/3. For the M7, I can use the Metz also with a different adapter. I just tried some test shots with the M7 but have not finished the roll yet. I even try the strobe mode just for fun. See how it works.
