But on a rangefinder it's not an issue as the aperture blades don't move in a leica M lens during exposure. I just cleaned off the blades of an old Rapax shutter by dropping some naphthalene on em, but I wouldn't try that on your summilux.... if it's a small amount, I don't think I'd worry - just mention it if you get it CLA'd in the future.
