Is it so that the line dividing black and white actually exists?
Or does it only exists as a theroretical construct?
I like to picture that the unsharp outline of a photo is the tantalising
furry edge
of the most delightfull complexity that never ends
Remember the lovely excursions into the mandelbrot set and others.

Will digital photography eventually be able to do the same or even do
better?
