What was once specialized and hard to find slowly becomes commonplace and humdrum. I have made a bit of a speciality of collecting repair literature so that I can give out vaguely learned answers to the technical questions that come up on the list. I am now pleased to announce that you can download a good deal of my info off the web. Some enterprising Korean chap(ette) has posted pdfs of the complete military M2-R repair course and National Camera's M2 repair guide. These are pretty straight forward with the only sour note being the constant reference to special tools in the repair course. The downloads are not for the faint of bandwidth with the course clocking in at some 22 Megs and the guide at 6 Megs. Here is the site in question: http://211.233.82.215/~leicaclubnet/leicaclub2001/guide/guideindex.htm How long it is going to stay up with a potential thousand 28 Meg downloads will be interesting to see...
