The building was just named after him. While in that building recently there was a 24x30 print of my photo. The paper gets 1st printing rights after that it is mine as well as the negs. When I discovered they had obtained an 8x10 without my permission then copied it I immediately called the University. They tried to brush me off-- I sent a bill for $1000 to get their attention. We settled on less money as well as an apology. It turns out the university has a policy about copying and copyright of printed material. Now it includes copying photos.
