Subject: [Leica] Use film, or block the panel!

B.D. has a HUGE point well made. Shooting action with digital -- sports,
fast moving wildlife (for where I still will stick with film and R for the
foreseeable future) I (80% of the time) use the black "Non Transparent" LCD
cover so that I am not tempted to look while action is taking place. First
of all -- WHY look?? It's foolish -- if you missed the shot, you missed it -
no going back anyway -- " Oh, please re-enact that winning Hail Mary Pass
will you guys?" -- with either medium. Checking exposure and white balance
FIRST is OK, but then, shot these subjects just AS IF you had film, or
better, use film. OK - I'm ready to be pounded!!
