BTW just started watching the Robt. Capa documentary as I had it recorded. I'm not sure this was commented on before but so far ( 2/3 done) I found it interesting if not a little romantic about the non-fascist side of the war that Capa and other's participated in . My early reading of the war was that it is too simplistic and probably wrong to say the facists were the bad guys ( no doubt they were) and that the other side were good folks - they too were pawns in many instances of the communsits in the Kremlin. Anyway I'm enjoying the photography portions. ernie On Sunday, June 1, 2003, at 04:37 PM, bdcolen wrote: > I love this...First, based on a net-based flash come-on that shows > essentially nothing, a bunch of people decide that Konica is releasing > an interchangeable lens, M-mount, high-res, digital rangefinder camera. > > When some folks point out that it's impossible to tell from the little > flash tease what Konica is going to announce, people turn around and > say, oh, it's a point and shoot and I don't want it. > > I love it. > > Wake me on the 6th when we know what Konica's announced.;-) > - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
