With a different spectral sensitivity, you can't duplicate a pan
film effect using ortho film.  Your software program won't
know what put those clear areas in the negative.  Red or black?

I'm sure that Richard has the patience to explain color
sensitometry to you.  Actually, I think you know it, but
think that there is a Magic Software out there that will
save your ass.
