Hmmm...  

This brings up a point that Tony Sweet (http://www.tonysweet.com/)
mentioned during a presentation he made to a local camera club last
year.  He claimed that a number of the images you see crafted by the
landscape "pros" are setups; that some of the big guys have their
assistants prep a site for many hours or even days prior to the actual
shoot, then the shot maker arrives, clicks the picture and departs.  The
examples he offered up were the images we've all seen of fall shots
where the leaves are all *face* up, when in fact, they are usually a mix
with the majority being bottom up.  He had other examples, but that one
stuck in my mind the most.
