There was a photographer following the guy very obviously pointing to him. Shortly after that the police tackled the guy. He had a gun, and the photographers are not law enforcement people. They were in front of the courthouse. Why be stupid and not get pictures when you know the guy doesn't have a chance to get away. There are cops everwhere at a courthouse! An MSNBC reporter said "they were all pointing him out." So, here we see a typical way the news media is criticized by John Q Public based on bias against them and not on facts.
