I am not certain just what artichoke relish might be, but I prefer to have mine whole and I am not at all wild about any sort of pepper concoctions. I drink iced tea by the gallon, always unsweetened. I drink hot tea almost in the same quantities, also unsweetened. Drives the Brits crazy. Enjoy!
