Some are truly photojournalists. I see their work at NPPA events and some of there are every bit the photojournalist that most still photographers are (and aren't). Such sweeping generalizations (of which I am too often guilty on such discussion lists) are usually too broad to be accurate. And this is most certainly one of them. Ever hear of "One man bands?" It takes a photojournalist to do even a mediocre job when there's no reporter to boss them around.
