There is no reason to dump the stop bath after every session. Indicator 
stop bath "indicates" when it is exhausted, and any stop bath will 
normally outlast the fixer. Developer should only be dumped if it's been 
used one-shot, normally meaning that the stock solution has been diluted 
with water to make a working solution.

It's both a waste of money and earth resources to under use chemistry.
