Why the disorderly conduct? Were you argumentative and belligerent? 
By the way, the national security threat level is currently at orange, which
also brings other legal issues into the matter.
With all the belt tightening at the municipal level , I doubt that the City
Attorney will do anything with this, but good luck just the same.
