I will be fascinated to see the images that result. My understanding is that
the Noctilux, for obvious reasons,  is not corrected for close-up imagery.
Doesn't mean it can't be tried. It may produce very interesting results. And
if you think the depth of field is shallow at normal "available darkness"
range, wait till you see how razor-thin it will be at a few inches.
