Now as rugged as the SL is, it will not substitute for your cars bumper.
Please refrain from this in the future. ;-)

Thanks! I'll try that, but it will have to wait. This particular SL has
become a project camera due to a car accident. The prism needs resilvering,
and the meter needs an overhaul.
