Out of curiosity I decided to do the search for you and came up with the 
following from Agfa:

Fibre-base papers contain a layer of barium sulphate (baryta)
between the base and emulsion. This baryta layer stops the
emulsion soaking into the paper surface, and so enhances
the detail definition and print blacks.
The baryta coating is 20 – 45 g/m2 depending on surface.
