I use mostly use Sanford for Pentax and Nikon. Whomever did the CLA at Sanford did I fine job on my Olympus P&S... which had gotten pretty grungy on several camping trips. At any rate I don't know when he retired, but I was told by someone recently that when they brought in something that was tough to repair, that the shop sent it down to Jerry in Florida because he still does some of the more arcane cameras. So I guess that you're right, he isn't running things but helps out on some repairs.
