Another place to look for bargains is the local shopper magazines or newspapers where folks put stuff collecting dust they just want to get rid of. To second what was mentioned in a previous post, over the years I found Bessler followed by Omega to be the easiest to find things for, while Durst was the worst. To many models that did not have interchangeable parts over the years and they never made it big here to compound the issue. Other ones I would stay away from are Vivitar and the no name units, same problem as the Durst. KEH and other used equipment dealers continue to maintain one price point - based on their reputation and standing behind their inventory. The person to person markets, like ebay, or email lists, will tend to show a lower market price. However, the newest equipment owners are less likely to take a huge hit than someone who's had an enlarger unused in a garage for the last 10 years. In other words - the market is all over the board - does not reflect any actual values or trends.
