Ditto, no problems with Paypal. Keep it simple. Do not change credit
cards on them without due process. Make things complicated, and things
will get complicated in a hurry. Act suspiciously and you will be
treated with suspicion.
One reason for them to delay refunding is to make sure you are the
genuine account holder.
