The Asph* is a bit dodgy at the edges wide open, that's life with superwides, stunning at F/4 and on down though. The 21/3.4** is a bit flare prone until stopped down to F/4 (there was a website which explained which rear element to remove and paint the edges on but I lost the URL). The Skopar is very very highly thought of. All three have very low distortion*** -- especially when compared to SLR 21s. So you are basically comparing F4 lenses that all get stunning reviews. Me, I would go with the cheapest. John Collier *Sold it and bought the 24 Asph which has a more even performance across the field wide open.
