An oldish company like Leica could almost reach that with attrition and a sugar coated targeted retirement offer. Leica is after all in Germany and laying off the folks in that country is not an easy task. Hey, it's cause for celebration. 20% of the workers are about to be canned. In my mind, that's reason enough not to like Leica. Loyalty is all well and fine...but canning 20% of your workforce to make your stock price better? I fail to see the loyalty.
