I know Mr. Kobiyashi is a mover and shaker in the photography world as he does things in the blink of an eye where others fear to tread! He re-acts like this... "Oh good idea lets do it!" Wham bam thank you ma'm!!!!!!! There it is! :-) Love a man of action! :-) He's the kind of businessman who sees an opportunity, jumps in and it's on sale while others are contemplating their navel and optical widgets before taking the first step to design, let alone production. So I don't have any doubt the writing on the world wall of digital had a message he just couldn't let go by without producing one, or mating with another manufacturer in production. And if that's the case then expect to see them very shortly and we'll be popping our M glass on the body. :-) Mean while, Leica? Sometimes a PMA or Photokina can be really exciting when a bunch of new stuff is announced. :-) ted - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
