Subject: RE: [Leica] Embedded Brit journalists now 60 minutes

Even now, when I think back at things in a certain
way, like Proust with his madeleines, I can evoke
that whole time and place of Saigon April, 1975.
Certain events seem to be forever suspended in
time and memory, perfectly preserved. You open
the door of a certain cupboard in your memory,
and there they are, a whole scene, complete with
characters and conversation. And yet during my
waking hours, in my day to day life, I hardly
ever think about them. It's a very weird sensation.
Time travel.
