Subject: [Leica] WTB Leitz 40mm viewfinder

I want to buy a Leitz SQTOO/12037 400mm viewfinder.  These were for use with
a Telyt 400mm lens with an extension tube that is attached between the
camera body and the lens in place of the Visoflex.
