My local shop has Bronica and Pentax MF kits for $800 that would have been better than twice that three years ago. Mamiya 6 and Mamiya 7 cameras still seem to hold price fairly well, but they've got 'blad model 500 bodies stacked up like cordwood. Caveat - I don't do studio/flash work. But for my dollar it's tough to beat Koni Omega/Rapid Omega cameras. 6x7 rangefinders (except for the Omegaflex which is hard to describe), interchangable lenses (60/90/135/180), interchangeable backs . Find one that hasn't been thrashed by a wedding photographer. cz nc - -- To unsubscribe, see http://mejac.palo-alto.ca.us/leica-users/unsub.html
