Ohmigod. They are the SAME camera, for God's sake. We're not talking
differences in image quality created by software, we're talking
differences in national/ethno color preferences.

Just to be clear (and correct), your statement should read: "slightly
ahead of the Panasonic". The digi2 wasn't tested (will be next month)
but they did give the reader a comparison between the Panasonic and the
Digilux 2 (the bundled software).

Now, I doubt that the extra price tag will necessarily give it the edge
over the Panasonic and thus the Olympus :)
