When I asked for a ham sandwich, I was surprised to see the cook reach up into the grass roof to retrieve a long, large leg of a well cooked pig and then proceed to slice off some thick pieces for my meal. The whole process didn't look all that appetizing, but the results proved to be one of the best ham sandwiches that I've ever eaten.
