Don't hold your breath.
And why would it be more of a hassle? It's precisely the same hassle -
what you think of as an xx mm lens gives you the crop of an XY mm lens.

I have a Canon 10D. I hate the crop factor thing. I
wouldn't even consider a digital M unless it had a
full sensor. Must be even more of hassle with a rangefinder.
