Thanks for the pointer - even their help desk don't appear to know  that.
 
Just as an aside, the help desk for the UK is (was) situated at two  
locations in Ireland. A colleague recently phoned and noticed that the Irish 
 accent 
began to 'breakdown' after a while. Eventually curiosity got the better  of 
him 
and he asked whether the guy was in Limerick or Cork and was told 'I am  in 
Bangalore, India'! Nice of them to try and keep up the pretence.
