Consider the role of Jet freight Transportation Fleets.  Fish can get to
Denver much more quickly through Air Freight than was possible 30 years ago,
or even 10 years ago.  I thnk you'd have to go more than 500 miles inland
before you had a problem, at least in the large metropolitan areas.
