[Leica] R8 film scratch - way to prevent/fix?

While no one will believe me, assuming that I am fibbing in exchange for
commercial favors, in the year I have had my E-1, and have used it under
real world circumstances - though not in any war zones - and have
changed lenses in doors and out, I have not had a single instance of
dust/spots showing up in the CCD. Olympus has some sort of
auto-dustremoval feature that does its thing every time the camera is
turned on, vibrating the chip at very high speed. Obviously it works.

Any camera can scratch your film. Just keep it clean. Many people will
tend to blame scratches on the lab, but they never clean the inside of
the camera! Eric needs a round of Guinness.

I'm a week into my "new" R8 and I'm loving it. Viewfinder took my need
for Viagra away. Got rid of my F100 and no regrets. I shot 20 rolls
through the R8 over the weekend at 2 weddings. Dammit, now I need more
lenses!

No scratches with digital, but that dust sucks!
