I guess I've just always liked the Zeiss look that I get. I'm not knocking
Leica at all. "Better", in these top-notch lenses (Zeiss and Leica)
becomes very subjective, so it's the wrong word. I'll grant that.

I was just getting at a guess that they will not be bargain lenses, but
priced for the same market as Leica lenses (that is, there would be no
motivation for them to undercut Leica price-wise since they are going for
the same niche). People willing to pay 2000 Euros for a lens will probably
pay 2100 if they think they're getting a better lens.
