Some of us live outside the US and sending a SASE would be cumbersome. We _could_ send internation reply coupons (if they still exist) but that would still be cumbersome for receiving them and trying to cash them in in Peoria Illinois. The international participants could just send envelopes without stamps, and then when its their turn to do the distrubtion everyone could do the same (envelopes without stamps).
