Subject: [Leica] Anyone tried infrared photography on their digital cameras?
From: abridge at mac.com (Adam Bridge)

While strolling across the web I found a site that discussed how to shoot in
IR
on digital cameras. It involves HEAVY filtration of the visible spectrum.
However the sensor in the camera is usual sensative in the near-IR spectrum
and
so you can explore shooting IR without the hassel of keeping the film chilled
etc etc.

The writer pointed to the benefits in portraiture where blemishes can
magically
vanish in the IR spectrum.

So, have any Digilux 2 users given this a shot?

Here's a link:

or Google "infrared digital photography"
