That sounds like the amazingly goofy little story on tonight's ABC
Evening News. Some scientist in California, I believe - where else? -
tested Rhinoceros Beatles to see how many times their body weight they
could carry. He made up tiny dumb bells with lead weights, put them on
the beetles' backs, and put them on a tiny treadmill - I am NOT making
this up! Well, the damn beetle was able to carry a multiple of its
weight equivalent to an Olympic weight lifer's carrying three and a half
Toyota sedans!

Of course all of this begs the question of why ABC wasn't using the
time to....Oh hell, never mind....

If you drank the equivalent of what a gallon of Lagavulin is to a rat,
you'd be dead, too! That'd be like drinking a small swimming pool's
worth of the stuff! :)

Never touch the stuff. You know they once fed a rat a gallon of
Lagavulin in a day and it died? Of couse they never erased the smile
from its face either. I do McCallan's 18 year old myself. Not messing
with the younger stuff - you could get arrested!
