I know that the 60/2.8 Macro-Elmarit-R is excellent performer pretty close 
to the best 100/2.8 Macro-APO.  I wonder if the 100/4 Macro-Elmar-R is up to 
the 60mm in optical performance.  How is it compared with the 60mm?  I think 
I have once heard that the 100/4 is the black sheep of the Leica R lens 
family in optical performance.
