Leica Geosystems (Switzerland), which has recently averted an attempt of 
unfriendly takeover by the swedish Hexagon group, seems to be willing to 
accept a takeover by the US american conglomerate Danaher, which offered 
more than Hexagon.

Leica Camera AG Solms is not concerned by this deal.
